Repair and Repsray to PVF2 Panel using
Degrease – Clean down substrate thoroughly using Lechler 00695 – Silicone remover. Applied on A – Tork cloth to remove any foreign bodies and debris from surfaces. |

| Abrade surfaces to be coated using 240 / 320 grit 3m abrasive discs, using an orbital sander. |  |
Wipe away any dust using a Tak Cloth Fill any scratches or dents with either Cellulose Stopper or Upol Filler. Mix together filler and hardener using plastic spreader and onion board. Apply to damaged areas. |

Ensure fillers are thoroughly dry before rubbing down to a smooth finish. Repeat filling process as required. Wipe away dust with Tak Cloth until surface is free and clean. |

Wipe away dust with Tak Cloth until surface is free and clean. Apply 1-2 coats Deltron High Build Primer to repaired areas. |

Ensure Primer is thoroughly dry prior to rubbing down by hand with 320 / 240 grit 3m abrasive discs. Rubbing to smooth surface to accept Duranar Topcoat. Clean substrate thoroughly to remove any dust or contaminants. Apply Topcoat in required colour and gloss percentage |
